Production-Commercial Firm «Politrans», Limited Liability Company, is a developer of its own constructions and a leading manufacturing plant of automobile heavy-weight trailing engineering, and is operating at the market since 24 April, 2000.

During the relatively short period of its operation, the Company has implemented the huge scope of works, which many other enterprises could spend some decades to complete. It includes: qualified staff recruitment; detailed monitoring of market; selection and introduction of modern manufacturing equipment and processes; development of its own designs of trailing engineering.

For some years, the Company staff was improving the manufactured products and business processes of the Company. They were aiming at the production of engineering, which met not only the customer requirements but the International ones. A lot of engineering problems and managerial difficulties were settled and overcome. The knowledgeable management and highest quality of manufactured engineering permit quickly to get a reputation of trusty professional partner and supplier among Russian and International partners. On October 12, 2009, the Commission consisting of experts of the Quality Management System Certification Body implemented the external (certification) audit of the quality management system at the Production-Commercial Firm "Politrans”, Limited Liability Company. That audit indicated that the quality management system related to designing, development, production, delivery, and maintenance of special and purpose-designed vehicles, spare details, and component parts met the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008). A long time we have been approaching to this goal, and at last we have been appreciated at true value!

Today the range of produced models has more 200 items and is a full range of heavy-cargo trailers and semitrailers, including both the standard and purpose-designed models according to the particular customer specification.

TSP trailers and semitrailers are classified in the following main commodity groups:

• Heavy-duty trailers and semitrailers of improved cross-country capacity and load-carrying capacity up to 120 tons (operated with bolster trucks or ballast tractors and designed for transportation of wheeled caterpillar vehicles, large-sized goods on impassable roads and heavy climatic conditions);
• Low-bed heavy-duty trailers and semitrailers with low loading height and load-carrying capacity up to 75 tons (operated with bolster trucks or ballast tractors and designed for transportation of wheeled caterpillar vehicles, large-sized goods in the conditions of public roads);
• Short log semitrailers with improved cross-country capacity  and sliding side (adjustable) heelposts and quick-detachable sides, load-carrying capacity up to 40 tons (operated with bolster trucks and designed for transportation of bulk cargoes,  pipe  assortment and timber on impassable roads and heavy climatic conditions);
• Trailers and chassis-semitrailers with load-carrying capacity up to 80 tons (operated with bolster trucks or ballast tractors and designed for installation of various equipment on them)

• The computer nesting pattern and plasma-arc cutting of metal;
• The argon-arc welding of frames;
• The bead-blasting treatment in the specialized shot blasting machines «Clemco» (Denmark);
• The modern painting units made in Europe (Italy-Norway) with the use of Finnish paint-and-lacquer materials of the «TEKNOS» company.

TSP trailers and semitrailers constructions include components of leading European manufactures: BPW, SAF (Germany) axels and suspensions, pneumatic drive of frames and ABS produced by WABCO (Austria), king pins, towing attachments and drawbars, steering circles and landing gears produced by JOST and +GF + (Germany), additional equipment, devices for  cargo bundling produced by SUER (Germany), tyres of Michelin (France), Continental (Germany), Pirelli (Italy) companies.

The Company staff is giving a great consideration of feedback with clients. Analyzing our client recommendations, the engineering department promptly develops new models of semitrailers and improves the existing ones. Works on improvement of functional quality of our trailers are not ceased even for a minute.

The trailing engineering of our production takes part in the projects: "Urals Industrial – Urals Polar"; «Yamal»; «Sakhalin-2»; the “East Siberia — Pacific Ocean” and «BTS-2»  pipeline system construction; “The Nord Stram” and «Bovanenkovo-Ukhta» pipeline construction; “Vankorskogo” deposit development; and also "Sochi-2014” building site construction. TSP trailers and semitrailers were tested for many years at the rigorous conditions of Extreme North, West and East Siberia, Far East at the enterprises of oil and gas industries of the Russian Federation. According to the assessment of the most authoritative companies, the engineering with the TSP mark meets the highest European level and is one of the most failsafe equipments in the Russian Federation.
